This project was designed as a social media marketing post for E3 Spark Plugs. The client was looking to promote a summer sale for some of their products, particularly the racing spark plug wire sets.
The concept was fairly simple, and straight-forward — as E3 is the official spark plug of the NHRA, and the season being summer, the post would include a short, looping video of a speeding car, set in the Salt Flats. This would combine the elements of racing, summer heat, undertones of American patriotism (with the red, white and blue colors), and imagery that created a sense of urgency for the sale.
